Building with the Bees: An observation of a beehive constructionAhmad Angawi, Al-Makkiyah al-Madaniyah Institute, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia An examination of a beehive model system and building processes to stimulate and take inspiration from in order to solve design related problems. A Time-lapse movie will be showing the process of beehive development stages through time. In addition showing examples of new product design work in traditional architectural elements such as Moqarnas and Mangor to reflect and enhance their Geometrical application in form and fictio.
